Capaian SSS untuk Program MFP II

Sumatra  Sustainable  Support (SSS)-Community Foundation MFP untuk Regional Sumatera telah mendukung kelompok Kelompok Swadaya Masyalat (KSM) untuk penguatan peran civil society dalam Commmunity Based Forest Management (CBFM ) serta melakukan studi guna memperluas inisiatif CBFM seperti hutan desa, hutan adat, termasuk memetakan potensi pengembangan program ekonomi, potensi konflik serta hal-hal yang berpotensi mendukung implementasi Sistem Jaminan Kayu Legal (TLAS) di region Sumatera. Multistakeholder Forestry Programme

The program objectives are to strengthen government and civil society partnerships at local and national levels to build capacity, empower community forest managers and develop and implement policy. In particular, the program will work to nurture and strengthen its network of Community Foundations in the regions, established with previous program support.
