Kemajuan Forest Governance and Multistakeholder Forestry Programme (MF) selama 3 (tiga) bulan untuk periode bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2010 yang disampaikan dalam laporan ini adalah bagian dari kegiatan MFP II untuk Tahun Anggaran 2010/2011. Study of Legal Timber Products Demand in Major Market
FOREST GOVERNANCE and Multistakeholder Forestruy Program (MFP II - Kehati) is a program that supports good forestry governance through SVLK and promotes commitment of Indonesia in ensuring the world that the timber of Indonesia is legal and accountable for its source. One of the activities conducted by MFP II was doing a Study of Legal Timber Products Demand in Major Markets as a part of MFP goals to support SVLK acceptance in the International market. (more…)

BUKU Analisis Legal Teks Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) antara Indonesia Uni eropa ini merupakan hasil studi yang dilakukan Forest Governance and Multi-stakeholder Forestry Programme (MFP-II) terhadap legal teks VPA. MFP II yang merupakan program kerjasama bilateral bidang Kehutanan antara Pemerintah Indonesia dengan Pemerintah Inggris dan memliki fokus pada isu Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (SVLK) sebagai instrumen dalam rangka perbaikan tata kelola kehutanan dan kerjasama perdagangan kayu legal seperti Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) sebagaimana diperkenalkan oleh Uni Eropa, memandang bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap teks hukum VPA sangat diperlukan dalam rangka memberikan informasi dan khazanah tentang teks hukum VPA sehingga dapat memperkuat posisi dan pemahaman delegasi Indonesia dalam negosiasi VPA. MFP Gelar ToT Independent Forest Monitoring
Forest governance and Multistakeholder Forestry Programme (MFP II) mengelar Training for Trainers Independent Forest Monitoring (ToT IFM) untuk pertama kalinya di Solo. Training yang diikuti oleh 19 orang itu berlangsung selama 6 hari dari tanggal 29 November hingga 4 Desember 2010. Peserta training berasal dari berbagai lembaga di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia seperti Jogjakarta, Jabotabek, Sumatera, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. (more…)

Multistakeholder Forestry Programme
Forest Governance and Multi-stakeholder Forestry Programme (MFP-II) is a collaborative program Forestry bilateral field between the Government of Indonesia with the British Government. This goal program are all traded Indonesian timber demonstrated legal, as a precondition for effective forest governance, sustainable forest management. MFP-II activities directed to achieve three main output : (1) Sufficient capacity to implement SVLK (Supply chain control, accreditation processing, auditing, independent auditing, independent monitoring, licensing and structuring implementation mechanism); (2) SVLK certified timber recognized in key international markets; (3) Representative mechanism in place to review and strengthen SVLK implementation
